How it works.

This page is a summary. Each board pays AED 1,000 across its top 10 places, and what qualifies, how ties are settled and how a reward is corrected are governed by the programme rules together with the Terms of Service. If a score or a reward looks wrong, contact support.

Full programme rules

  1. Two boards, one account

    Buyers and sellers are ranked separately, and an account that does both can qualify on both and be rewarded on both.

  2. A fresh start each period

    A period runs from the 15th to the 14th of the month after, on Dubai time. Points reset when the next one opens.

  3. When points count

    Buying and selling points become eligible after delivery, once the ordinary 72-hour window to report an issue has passed with nothing open on the order. Refunds and cancellations take their points back.

  4. Rankings close before rewards

    Both boards are published as provisional at the close, and a person checks every reward before it is issued. Where an account is removed, the eligible accounts below it move up, so all 10 places still earn.

  5. Buyers earn a voucher

    A Sleevd voucher for the amount of the place, funded by Sleevd. Use it in full on one order whose card subtotal is at least the voucher, within 3 months. It cannot pay delivery.

  6. Sellers earn a cash rebate

    The amount is added to the next ordinary payout as a rebate of marketplace fees. A verified payout method and the usual payout schedule apply.

  7. What a board shows

    A name, a picture, the place and the points. Order values, contact details, payment information and delivery addresses are never on it.

  8. Keeping it fair

    Genuine orders, honest reviews and real invitations. Points from self-referrals, duplicate accounts, orders between linked accounts and cancellations arranged after a place is reached are removed.
