Leaderboard Programme Rules

Last updated 15 September 2026

These Rules explain how Sleevd awards leaderboard points, confirms rankings and issues Buyer and Seller rewards. They apply to both leaderboards and should be read with Sleevd's Terms of Service and applicable policies.

1. Scope and eligibility

"Sleevd", "we" and "us" mean sleevd Portal L.L.C S.O.C, trading as Sleevd. "You" and "Participant" mean the account holder taking part. A "Programme Period" is the monthly period defined below. The "Leaderboard Page" is the current programme information displayed on Sleevd.

You must hold a valid Sleevd account, reside in a member state of the Gulf Cooperation Council and comply with these Rules and the Terms of Service. The GCC member states are Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Sleevd may use the country and other eligibility information associated with your account, orders, deliveries or payouts to confirm eligibility.

A person who is not legally capable of participating independently may participate only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, where permitted by applicable law and the Terms of Service. Sleevd may request reasonable confirmation before issuing a reward. Sleevd employees, contractors, persons involved in administering the Programme and their immediate family members are not eligible.

A Participant may appear on both the Buyer and Seller boards and receive one reward from each in the same Programme Period. Multiple accounts must not be used to multiply participation, points or rewards. A Participant must earn more than zero eligible points during the Programme Period to qualify for a reward.

2. Programme Periods

Each Programme Period begins at 00:00 on the 15th of a calendar month and ends immediately before 00:00 on the 15th of the next month, including the whole of the 14th. All times are Dubai time (UTC+4). Programme Periods are calendar-based and are not necessarily 30 days long.

At the closing time, both boards stop counting activity for that Programme Period and the closing rankings are published as provisional, subject to review. A new Programme Period begins with a fresh points total. Points do not carry forward, although an issued reward remains subject to its own terms.

3. Buyer points

Eligible Buyer points are awarded as follows:

  • Eligible purchases: 100 points for every AED 1.
  • Qualifying review of a completed order: 1,000 points per order.
  • Invited Buyer reaches AED 250 in completed purchases: 10,000 points.

Purchase points are calculated on the eligible card Product amount actually paid after permitted Product discounts and retained after refunds. Delivery charges, taxes, duties, service charges, tips, voucher-funded amounts and other non-Product charges do not earn points. Points are calculated on the eligible AED amount recorded by Sleevd; any fractional point is rounded down to the nearest whole point.

A Buyer may earn one review award for each completed order that is eligible for review. The review must reflect a genuine transaction and experience. Points are not conditional on a positive rating. A review that is fabricated, duplicated, removed for a valid policy reason or otherwise ceases to meet its qualifying requirements does not earn points.

4. Seller points

Eligible Seller points are awarded as follows:

  • Eligible completed sales: 100 points for every AED 1.
  • Star rating in a qualifying Buyer review: 200 points per star.
  • Invited Seller reaches AED 500 in completed sales: 20,000 points.

Sale points are calculated on the eligible Product selling price after permitted Product discounts and retained after refunds. Buyer-paid delivery, taxes, duties and other non-Product charges do not earn points. A percentage Seller fee remains calculated under the applicable Fee Schedule and is not calculated on Buyer-paid delivery.

For a qualifying review, the Seller receives 200 points multiplied by the star rating. For example, a five-star review earns 1,000 Seller points. If the rating is validly edited, removed or found ineligible, the corresponding Seller points may be recalculated. Sellers must not pressure Buyers, condition service on a rating or offer an undisclosed benefit for a positive review.

5. When order points become eligible

Purchase and sale activity becomes eligible only after confirmed delivery and expiry of Sleevd's ordinary 72-hour Buyer issue window without an unresolved eligible claim. Activity connected with a timely claim may be held until the claim is resolved. Expiry of that window does not limit any latent-defect, fraud, counterfeit, stolen-goods or mandatory statutory right described in the Terms or applicable policies.

Sleevd's records determine the qualifying time, subject to correction of demonstrable errors. Activity that qualifies after a Programme Period closes counts in the later Programme Period unless a processing delay is corrected by attributing it to the period in which it actually qualified.

6. Invitation and referral points

A referral qualifies only where the invited person is a genuine new Sleevd user who registers through the Participant's valid invitation link or code and subsequently reaches the applicable completed-activity threshold. A Buyer inviter earns 10,000 Buyer points when the invited Buyer first reaches AED 250 in cumulative eligible completed purchases. A Seller inviter earns 20,000 Seller points when the invited Seller first reaches AED 500 in cumulative eligible completed sales.

Only the first valid invitation attribution recorded by Sleevd applies. Each invited person can generate each milestone once. Self-referrals, existing accounts, duplicate or controlled accounts, fabricated invitations, circular transactions and referrals between accounts used primarily to generate points are ineligible. Refunds, cancellations and reversals reduce progress toward a milestone. The threshold calculation uses the same eligible values and completion rules as sections 3 to 5.

Inviters must use invitation tools responsibly, contact only people they are lawfully permitted to contact and must not send unsolicited bulk messages or make misleading claims about Sleevd or the Programme. Sleevd does not disclose the invited person's private order details to the inviter; it may only show referral progress or confirmation reasonably necessary to administer the reward.

7. Nature of points

Points serve only to calculate rankings. They are promotional accounting units and are not money, stored value, property or a transferable right. They cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged directly for money or a reward. No illustrative or unpublished point rate creates an entitlement.

8. Rankings and tie breakers

Each board ranks Participants by eligible points for the Programme Period, highest first. The public leaderboard displays only the Participant's marketplace username, avatar, position and points. It does not display legal names, contact details, transaction values, payment information or delivery addresses. Displayed rankings remain provisional until manual review is complete; publication of a closing ranking is not reward confirmation or payment.

If Participants have the same final points total, the Participant who first reached that total through eligible activity ranks higher. If still tied, the Participant with more distinct eligible completed orders on that board ranks higher. Any remaining tie is resolved by the earlier account creation timestamp, then the ascending order of the Platform's unique account identifiers. Rewards are not split between tied Participants.

9. Manual review and movement in rankings

A person reviews every reward before it is issued. Checks may include accounts sharing a payment card, telephone number or address; points concentrated overwhelmingly with one counterparty; linked activity; unusual referral patterns; and open disputes or refund requests. These are review signals, not automatic proof of misconduct. Sleevd may request relevant information and hold a reward while the issue is assessed, giving the Participant a reasonable opportunity to respond.

Ineligible points are removed and rankings recalculated. A disqualified Participant is removed from the affected board, eligible Participants below move up, and the reward attached to each place is awarded to the eligible Participant occupying that place. This continues through the top 10, provided enough eligible Participants remain. If fewer than 10 remain, no reward is created for an unoccupied place.

10. Reward schedule

The following fixed rewards apply to each Programme Period under these Rules. Buyer rewards are promotional Sleevd Vouchers funded entirely by Sleevd. Seller rewards are cash fee rebates funded by Sleevd and paid through ordinary Seller payouts.

  • First place: AED 300.
  • Second place: AED 200.
  • Third place: AED 150.
  • Fourth place: AED 75.
  • Fifth place: AED 75.
  • Sixth place: AED 50.
  • Seventh place: AED 50.
  • Eighth place: AED 40.
  • Ninth place: AED 35.
  • Tenth place: AED 25.

The amount at each place is the same on both boards: a Buyer receives it as a Sleevd Voucher and a Seller receives it as a cash fee rebate. The scheduled total is AED 1,000 for each board and AED 2,000 across both boards. A Participant who qualifies on both boards receives both applicable rewards. Issue and payment follow sections 11 and 12.

11. Buyer rewards and Sleevd Vouchers

11.1 Issue. Once a Buyer reward is confirmed, a promotional Sleevd Voucher for the amount attached to the final place is added automatically to the rewarded account. No separate claim is required. The voucher is personal to that account and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

11.2 Funding and use. Sleevd fully funds the voucher. Its use does not reduce a Seller's agreed sale proceeds or alter the calculation of percentage Seller fees. The voucher must be used in full on one eligible Sleevd order. The eligible Product subtotal, after other permitted Product discounts and before this voucher is applied, must be at least the voucher amount. Delivery and other non-Product charges do not count toward that minimum and cannot be paid with the voucher. The remaining amount must be paid separately using an accepted payment method. Only one Sleevd Voucher may be used per order; no remainder carries forward.

11.3 Expiry. A voucher expires 3 calendar months from issue. Sleevd displays its expiry date and time in the account, in Dubai time. If the corresponding date does not exist in the expiry month, the last day of that month applies. The voucher must be applied to a successfully placed order before expiry. An unused expired voucher lapses without compensation, subject to mandatory legal rights.

11.4 Refunds. A Sleevd Voucher has no cash value and is never refunded as money. Refunds are governed by Sleevd's applicable refund policy and mandatory law. A cash refund is limited to the amount actually paid for the refunded Products and any other refundable cash charges; the voucher-funded portion is excluded. For a partial refund, the voucher discount is allocated proportionately across the Products in the order.

11.5 Cancelled purchases. If an entire voucher-funded order is cancelled or fully refunded without Participant abuse, Sleevd reinstates the original voucher for its full amount and original expiry. If the expiry passed while a timely cancellation or refund request was being resolved, a replacement voucher is valid for 30 days from reissue. Partial returns do not create a residual voucher amount. These provisions do not restrict statutory remedies or legitimate refund rights.

12. Seller rewards and payouts

A confirmed Seller reward is paid in money as a promotional return or rebate of marketplace fees or commission charged in connection with the Seller's activity. It is added to the Seller's next ordinary payout after confirmation, subject to a verified payout method, Sleevd's normal payout schedule and applicable payout policies. The fixed reward is not limited to the amount of fees charged during the relevant Programme Period.

The reward does not accelerate a payout or bypass verification, a valid payout hold or a transaction dispute. If the payout method is unverified or a payout fails, processing waits until the issue is resolved under the normal payout process. Confirmation and the payout record identify the Programme Period and reward amount. Tax, invoice or accounting treatment may be applied as required by law. Any correction relating to refunded sales or fees follows section 13.

13. Refunds and corrections

Cancelled, fully refunded, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders do not earn points. A partial refund reduces value-based points to reflect the retained eligible Product value. Related review or referral points are removed where their qualifying requirements cease to be met. An unresolved dispute or refund request may delay confirmation; it does not by itself establish abuse.

Sleevd may correct omitted, duplicated or miscalculated points, rankings and rewards using relevant records, including after closing or confirmation. Corrections must reflect the rules that applied to the relevant activity. Sleevd will explain a material adverse correction and allow the Participant to provide relevant evidence through Support.

If a correction changes a reward before issue, the corrected ranking and amount apply. Sleevd may cancel or replace an unused voucher issued in error or withhold an unpaid erroneous Seller reward. If a reward has already been used or paid, any recovery or offset must have a lawful basis under the applicable Terms and law, be proportionate to the error or breach, and be notified with reasons. Exercising a legitimate refund right is not itself misconduct. An under-awarded eligible Participant receives the missing reward or difference through the relevant reward mechanism.

14. Manipulation and enforcement

Prohibited conduct includes self-dealing or circular transactions designed to generate points; collusive purchases or sales; fake, duplicate or controlled accounts; fabricated reviews; pressuring a Buyer for a particular rating; self-referrals or fake invitations; arranging orders with an intention to cancel or refund them after earning rewards; automated abuse; and exploiting a technical defect or providing false evidence. Genuine repeat business or a shared household alone does not establish a breach.

On reasonable evidence of a breach, Sleevd may remove affected points, disqualify a Participant from one or both boards, withhold or cancel affected rewards, or suspend or terminate Programme participation. The response must reflect the nature and seriousness of the breach. Account action remains governed by the Terms of Service. Sleevd may impose a temporary hold during an investigation, explain the basis where lawful and practicable, and invite a response. Information is handled under the Privacy & Cookie Policy; confidential security details need not be disclosed.

15. Questions and review of decisions

Contact Sleevd Support through the Platform or at support@sleevd.ae promptly if you believe points, a ranking or a reward are wrong. Identify the Programme Period, relevant order or activity and supporting information. Sleevd will review the records and communicate its decision and any correction. No provision makes that decision binding on a court or regulator or removes a right to use the complaints or dispute procedures in the Terms of Service.

16. Errors and service interruptions

A display, calculation or system error does not create an entitlement inconsistent with these Rules. Sleevd will investigate reported errors and make reasonable corrections supported by reliable records. A service interruption does not automatically extend a Programme Period or voucher expiry; any remedy or extension will be communicated and applied fairly to similarly affected Participants. Where a Sleevd error prevents use of an otherwise valid voucher, Sleevd will provide a reasonable opportunity to use it after the error is resolved.

17. Programme changes

Sleevd may change point rates, qualifying activities, rewards or these Rules for future Programme Periods by publishing the changes before the affected period begins. The rates and conditions published when a Programme Period begins remain applicable throughout that period except for the limited active-period changes below. Sleevd retains a record of each period's published scoring and qualification terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or another appropriate account communication.

Changes during an active Programme Period are limited to what is reasonably necessary to comply with law, address a material security or integrity issue, or correct a clear error. Sleevd will explain the change, its effective time and its effect on affected Participants as soon as reasonably practicable. Changes will not retrospectively reduce rewards validly confirmed or remove points validly earned merely to reduce Programme costs. Corrections of ineligible activity remain permitted.

18. Suspension or termination of the Programme

Sleevd may suspend or end the Programme, with advance notice where reasonably practicable. Immediate action may be taken where required by law or reasonably necessary to address serious abuse, security failures or circumstances preventing fair operation. The notice will explain how an open Programme Period and pending rewards will be handled.

Ending the Programme does not by itself cancel validly confirmed rewards. Existing vouchers remain usable until their stated expiry, and confirmed Seller rebates remain payable under the ordinary payout rules, except where law requires otherwise or a valid correction or enforcement action applies. Where practicable, an interrupted period will be completed and reviewed fairly. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

19. Relationship with Sleevd terms and policies

These Rules supplement Sleevd's Terms of Service, Privacy & Cookie Policy and applicable order, review, refund, cancellation, Seller and payout policies. Those documents continue to govern the underlying activity. For a direct conflict specifically about leaderboard points, rankings or rewards, these Rules prevail over general programme descriptions; mandatory law prevails over all documents. The How It Works document is a summary and does not replace these Rules.

The Leaderboard Page may explain these Rules and display current operational information but cannot silently override the fixed reward schedule or protections in these Rules. Governing law and dispute resolution are as set out in the Terms of Service, subject to mandatory rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
