Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last updated 22 August 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed through Sleevd are prepared, shipped, delivered and handled in the event of delivery issues. This Policy forms part of Sleevd's Terms of Service and should be read together with our Cancellation & Refund Policy and other applicable policies.

1. Shipping coverage

Sleevd currently supports delivery within the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping to GCC countries and other international destinations may be introduced in the future. Availability, pricing, delivery times, customs requirements and other conditions for such services may differ and will be communicated separately when applicable.

2. Shipping charges

Shipping charges are generally paid by the Buyer unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout or as part of a promotion.

The applicable shipping charge will be displayed to the Buyer before the order is submitted and payment is completed. Shipping charges are separate from the purchase price of the Products.

Where an order contains Products from multiple Sellers, separate shipments and corresponding shipping charges may apply.

3.1 Seller-fulfilled orders

For Seller-Fulfilled Orders, the Seller remains responsible for:

  • preparing the correct Products for shipment;
  • ensuring that the Products match the listing and order details;
  • packaging the Products securely and appropriately;
  • protecting collectible items against reasonably foreseeable damage during transportation; and
  • making the shipment available for pickup or otherwise handing it over to the designated delivery provider in accordance with Sleevd's applicable Seller requirements.

The Seller remains responsible for the Products until they have been properly handed over to the designated delivery provider, subject to the applicable terms of the Seller Agreement and Seller Policy.

After proper handover, responsibility will be allocated according to cause: the Seller remains responsible for inadequate packaging, an incorrect Product or Seller-supplied information; the delivery provider bears responsibility to the extent stated in its terms for carrier handling; and Sleevd remains responsible for its own packing, labeling, custody or fulfillment errors where applicable. Buyer remedies are not conditional on Sleevd first recovering from a Seller or courier.

3.2 Sleevd-fulfilled orders

Where Products are stored and fulfilled by Sleevd, Sleevd will prepare and package the applicable Products and arrange their dispatch through the designated delivery provider.

For inventory stored with Sleevd, Sleevd assumes responsibility for the inventory in accordance with the applicable Fulfillment Policy from the point at which the inbound shipment has been marked as Received by Sleevd.

4. Order processing and dispatch

For Seller-Fulfilled Orders, the Seller must prepare the order and hand it to the designated delivery provider within 48 elapsed hours after the order is made available in the Seller Dashboard following payment confirmation, unless Sleevd expressly communicates a different deadline for that order.

Sleevd-Fulfilled Orders will be processed and dispatched by Sleevd in accordance with its applicable fulfillment procedures.

Order status information may be made available through the Buyer or Seller account, as applicable. Once a shipment has been handed over to the delivery provider, tracking information may be provided through Sleevd, the delivery provider, email or another available communication channel.

Sleevd may use third-party logistics providers to collect, transport and deliver orders.

5. Delivery estimates

Any delivery date, delivery window or estimated transit time displayed by Sleevd or communicated by a delivery provider is an estimate only, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual delivery times may be affected by circumstances including:

  • courier or logistics delays;
  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information;
  • inability to contact the recipient;
  • weather or road conditions;
  • public holidays;
  • operational disruptions;
  • force majeure events; or
  • other circumstances outside Sleevd's reasonable control.

Sleevd does not guarantee delivery on a particular date or at a particular time unless such guarantee is expressly provided in writing.

6. Delivery address and contact information

The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order, including where applicable:

  • recipient name;
  • delivery address;
  • building, villa, apartment or unit details;
  • telephone number; and
  • any other information reasonably required to complete delivery.

The Buyer should review this information carefully before completing the order.

Sleevd and the delivery provider are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional charges or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the Buyer, except where required otherwise by applicable law.

Requests to change a delivery address after an order has been placed cannot be guaranteed.

7. Delivery attempts and failed delivery

The delivery provider may make multiple attempts to deliver a shipment in accordance with its applicable delivery procedures.

The number of delivery attempts is determined by the delivery option and courier terms disclosed for the order. The current standard service ordinarily provides up to two attempts, but this is not guaranteed unless expressly shown at checkout.

The Buyer is responsible for reasonably cooperating with the delivery provider to facilitate successful delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances attributable to the Buyer, including repeated inability to reach the Buyer, an inaccessible delivery location or incorrect delivery information, the shipment may be returned.

If a failed delivery attributable to the Buyer results in additional shipping, return-to-sender or re-delivery charges being imposed on Sleevd by the delivery provider, Sleevd may charge the Buyer the corresponding amount actually charged to Sleevd, or deduct that amount from any refund where legally permitted.

A failed delivery does not automatically constitute a cancellation of the order.

8. Tracking

Where tracking is available, the Buyer may receive a tracking number or tracking link after the shipment has been dispatched.

Tracking information is provided by the applicable delivery provider and may not always update immediately or in real time.

Temporary delays or inaccuracies in third-party tracking information do not by themselves mean that a shipment has been lost.

9. Delivery confirmation

Once the delivery provider records the shipment as delivered, the Buyer should inspect the shipment and Products as soon as reasonably possible.

Any issue with the order should be reported within the applicable 72-hour confirmation period.

The rules governing order confirmation, completion of the transaction, disputes and any applicable Buyer rights are set out in Sleevd's Terms of Service and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Damaged shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the Buyer should document the condition of the shipment and Products as soon as reasonably possible.

Sleevd may request supporting evidence including:

  • photographs of the outer packaging;
  • photographs of the internal packaging;
  • photographs of the affected Products;
  • the shipping label; and
  • any other information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.

Buyers should retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

Claims relating to Products that are damaged, materially different from their listing or otherwise eligible for a return or refund will be handled in accordance with Sleevd's Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable dispute procedures.

11. Lost shipments

A shipment will not automatically be considered lost merely because it is delayed.

Where tracking indicates an unusual delay or the delivery provider confirms that a shipment cannot be located, Sleevd may open an investigation with the applicable delivery provider. The Buyer and Seller must reasonably cooperate with any investigation and provide requested information where necessary.

Where the delivery provider confirms that a shipment has been lost in transit, the delivery provider may be liable to compensate for the loss to the extent provided under its applicable terms, conditions, exclusions and liability limits. Sleevd does not independently guarantee the amount of compensation provided by a third-party delivery provider, except where Sleevd is legally responsible for the loss or applicable law requires otherwise.

A Buyer whose order is confirmed lost before delivery will receive the remedy required under the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law. Any separate recovery from the courier, and allocation of that recovery between Sleevd and the Seller, will be handled under the Seller Agreement and applicable logistics arrangements.

12. Incorrect, missing or incomplete orders

If an order arrives with incorrect, missing, incomplete or materially different Products, the Buyer should report the issue within the applicable 72-hour confirmation period.

Such claims, including evidence requirements and available resolutions, are governed by Sleevd's Terms of Service, Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable dispute procedures.

13. Delivery marked as delivered but not received

If tracking shows that a shipment has been delivered but the Buyer cannot locate it, the Buyer should notify Sleevd as soon as reasonably possible.

The Buyer should first check, where appropriate, with household members, building reception, security personnel, neighbours or any designated delivery location.

Sleevd may request that the delivery provider investigate the delivery and provide available delivery confirmation or other relevant information.

The outcome of any claim will depend on the circumstances, available evidence, the delivery provider's investigation and applicable law.

14. Cancellation after dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery provider, it cannot be cancelled through the shipping process. Cancellation requests and any resulting refunds are governed by Sleevd's Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Refusing delivery, failing to accept delivery or intentionally preventing delivery does not by itself constitute a valid cancellation and may result in additional shipping or return costs in accordance with this Policy.

15. Third-party delivery providers

Sleevd uses independent third-party logistics and delivery providers to transport orders. These providers may maintain their own terms, delivery procedures, service limitations, liability limits and prohibited-item requirements.

Where a delay, loss, failed delivery or other shipping issue is attributable to a third-party delivery provider, Sleevd will reasonably assist with the investigation and claims process where appropriate.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility Sleevd may have under applicable law.

16. Force majeure and events outside our control

Sleevd will not be responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, governmental action, public emergencies, strikes, transportation disruption, telecommunications failures or similar events.

Where reasonably possible, Sleevd will work with the applicable delivery provider to resume or complete delivery.

17. Changes to shipping services

Sleevd may change its delivery providers, shipping methods, service areas, shipping charges or operational procedures from time to time.

The shipping options and charges displayed during checkout at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, unless an obvious technical or pricing error has occurred.

18. Contact and delivery issues

Buyers should report shipping or delivery issues through Sleevd's designated customer support channels.

To help us investigate an issue efficiently, Buyers may be asked to provide the relevant order number, tracking information, photographs and a description of the issue.

Sleevd may communicate with the Buyer, Seller and applicable delivery provider as reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve shipping-related matters.

19. Applicable law

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
