Seller Fee Schedule

This Seller Fee Schedule forms part of the Sleevd Seller Agreement and is the sole authoritative source for Seller fee amounts, calculation methods and VAT treatment. Percentage-based fees are calculated solely on the Product selling price. Buyer-paid shipping is excluded from that calculation.

1. Seller transaction fees

1.1 Platform Fee. For a Seller-Fulfilled Order, the total Platform Fee is 8.5% of the Product selling price.

1.2 Fulfillment Fee. For a Sleevd-Fulfilled Order, the total Fulfillment Fee is 13.5% of the Product selling price. This fee replaces, and is not added to, the 8.5% Platform Fee.

1.3 Payment Processing Fee. AED 1 is charged for each completed order attributable to the Seller, regardless of whether the order is Seller-Fulfilled or Sleevd-Fulfilled. The charge applies per order, not per Product.

The percentage fee and the AED 1 Payment Processing Fee will be deducted from Seller proceeds. Buyer-paid shipping is excluded from the percentage calculation and does not remove the AED 1 Payment Processing Fee.

1.4 Fee examples

On a Product selling price of AED 1,000:

  • Seller-Fulfilled Order: 8.5% of the Product price and AED 1 per order, so AED 86 in total.
  • Sleevd-Fulfilled Order: 13.5% of the Product price and AED 1 per order, so AED 136 in total.

The totals above already include VAT where VAT applies and exclude buyer-paid shipping and any separately disclosed optional or fulfillment-related charges.

2. Fulfillment-related fees

  • Inbound Return Fee: AED 25 per return shipment.
  • Voluntary Inventory Withdrawal Fee: AED 25 per withdrawal shipment.
  • Unusually large, oversized, overweight or non-standard shipment charges: disclosed to the Seller before the return or withdrawal is processed.

3. VAT treatment

The 8.5% Platform Fee, the 13.5% Fulfillment Fee and the AED 1 Payment Processing Fee are VAT-inclusive wherever UAE VAT is legally applicable. Sleevd will not add VAT on top of these stated amounts unless a future Fee Schedule expressly states otherwise. Any required tax invoice may identify the taxable amount and the VAT component included within the stated fee.

4. Optional services

Any optional service fee will be disclosed before the Seller requests or uses that service.

5. Changes

This Fee Schedule takes effect on 10 September 2026. Later fee changes will apply prospectively after reasonable notice and will not change the fee applicable to a completed transaction or a previously requested service, except to correct an obvious error where legally permitted.
